Your bond and investment data
The check runs in JavaScript in your browser. The issue details and fund ledgers you type or drop are read and computed in the tab; results and downloads are created there and saved by your browser to your computer. They are not sent to us. Closing the tab discards them. Your issue settings are remembered in your browser's local storage on that computer only.
What our server receives
- Normal web requests to load the pages and the public Texas issue list (IP address, browser, time, the path requested), processed by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, in short-lived logs for security.
- Anonymous daily totals of five page events (page view, sample opened, own check run, checkout opened, purchase), with the link's tag (for example "email"). No IP address, cookie, name or bond data is stored with them.
- When you buy, the Paddle transaction ID and the email used at checkout, which our server checks with Paddle to confirm the payment and issue your license key. The key contains the license tier, the firm name (if any), the expiry date, the transaction ID and a short reference.
Payments
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and processes your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy notice (paddle.com/legal/privacy). We receive order details from Paddle to provide support and refunds.
Stored in your browser
Your license key and settings are kept in your browser's local storage so you do not have to enter them again. Remove the key with "Remove from this browser" in the app, or clear the site data.
No tracking
Bondtally uses no analytics service, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold (in practice, purchase records) at the email above, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
